In this article, we'll guide you through the performance criteria that interns must hold during internship period
1. Interns are expected to join session at 11 am and available till 5 pm on week days. All Saturday & Sunday are holidays. .
2. Delays or absences must be communicated to the mentor in advance. Excessive delays or absenteeism results in termination of the internship.
3. Interns should pay attention to the mentor’s assignments. They must immediately respond if anyone calls them and connect with audio in the virtual office
4. If intern is away for break, he/she must inform all the team members on the public chat
5. Interns should review their work with their colleagues and peer interns before reviewing with the mentor
6. Interns should not give unnecessary excuses for not joining in the virtual office i.e., not encouraged for excuses like network issue, microphone problem, unable to connect with audio etc
7. If intern don't follow the above and do contrary, they will move to the Performance Improvement Program (PIP), where either they have to pay for the onboarding and join for internship or simply exit from the internship.
a. If the intern simply exits without any prior information or notice, then he/she will not get certificate .
b. If they want to get the certificate, then intern must have to pay for the exit. Additionally, the intern must have the eligibility to get the certificate. The eligibility will be verified by the duration of minimum 1 Month and the minimum 1 qualified outcome
